Maintaining every day, regular routines wherever possible, such as, attending school and lessons whilst working towards managing mental health and wellbeing is key. The school offers a range of services to help students develop positive mental health and wellbeing and support those experiencing mental health issues.  Whilst support is available from all staff including staff teams and the wellbeing team, we also offer the following to enhance our wellbeing support.

Our Worry Club Mentors in school are available at break times and Lunchtimes.
Pupils  can speak to a pupil Parliament member. There is a representative in every class.
Our Abbey Man Club is a dedicated club to allow for time to talk.
Every Pupil has a Listen Up Card that they can use to speak to the wellbeing team or a member of their class team.
